House of Diamonds: A Journey of Growth and Independence

In 2019, led by Lila and Ida, House of Diamonds (HoD) went from teaming up with others to doing everything solo in Indonesia. We took charge of making, managing, selling, and training our production crew in our local village in Indonesia. This big change made us way more efficient and indigenously run.

Now, with HoD being fully run by our own team in Indonesia, we're all set to give you the best service and product. It's been a huge step forward for us, and we're excited for what's next in our journey. House of Diamonds (HoD) offers local Indonesian women the chance to thrive through textile training and employment, empowering them to overcome financial hardships.

Damages and issues

Our Goods are strictly quality controlled at manufacturing and we expect that your Goods will have no manufacturing defects on the delivery of your goods. We will take manufacturing defects seriously and will take appropriate action.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please take photos and email details of the damage or defect to houseofdiamonds.indo@gmail.com and await further instruction from us.

Exchanges

We do not allow exchanges, apart from the case of receiving the wrong item. See above.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds, apart from in the case of a customer receiving a defective item, where the customer does not want the item to be replaced. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
